The HC-APD series avalanche photoelectric detection module integrates a high-speed response avalanche photodiode (APD), a low-noise amplifier and a high-voltage power supply module, optical fiber or free space coupling, and SMA connector output. It has the characteristics of high gain, high sensitivity, and gain flatness. It is mainly used in weak optical signal reception, optical fiber sensing systems, space optical communications and other fields.
